Lee National Denim Day®
Gilda's Club WNY is taking part in Lee National Denim Day®, a
fundraising event taking place on October 8, 2010 for breast cancer
research and community education and support programs like Gilda's Club.
Lee National Denim Day (LNDD) started in 1996. Lee Jeans asked
companies to allow employees to wear jeans on one day in exchange for a
$5 contribution. Fifteen years later, LNDD has raised a total of nearly
$80 million.
