Membership is free!

There is absolutely no cost involved in becoming a member and participating in the Program.

1. Call the Clubhouse to sign up for a New Member Meeting. There are two such orientation meetings weekly. Our phone number is 716-332-5900.

2. Complete a Customized Membership Plan (a one-on-one meeting with a staff member).
